To keep the high and documented efficacy of your Dolphin Care UVC products, we recommend that the UVC lamps and the filters (in the Air Sterilizer) are changed once a year with identic components.

You can sign a service agreement with your local Dolphin Care representative who will keep track on your products.

The service provider will contact you in due time in order and make an agreement about renewal of the components.

The service provider can do the installation or alternatively send you a service package with the necessary parts for your products.
